I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of delicious Turkish dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was walking distance to a shopping area and the tramway station. It was also conveniently close to other tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location couldn't be better! It's situated just a few steps away from a metro stop and a shopping area. the breakfast was tasty and satisfying too, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was not very helpful. They took forever to check us in and didn't give us proper directions when we asked for advice on what to see in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station and the Grand Bazar, making it an ideal location to explore the city. the rooms are comfortable and clean with spacious bathrooms. the breakfast served is delicious with a variety of Turkish dishes. the staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service to guests.

One of the guests mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak in some rooms, which might cause inconvenience to guests who require strong internet connectivity.
